30-day returns

You can ask to return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Email ventas@patodo.com.co with your order number and we will send you the return instructions and address.

Right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy extends, and never reduces, this right. Once we are informed of your decision we refund you within 14 days, and we may wait until we receive the item or proof that you sent it.

Condition of the item

Send the item back with its accessories and well packaged. You may handle it as you would in a shop; a deduction may apply if its value is reduced by handling beyond that.

Return shipping

If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is paid by you. If the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, contact us first (photos help) and we will solve it at no cost to you.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original card through our payment processor, BOLD. Your bank converts the refund at its own rate, so the amount shown in your currency may differ slightly from the original charge.

Legal guarantee

This policy does not limit your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee for faulty goods.
